If an item from Ace Branded Products arrives damaged or you would like to return/exchange a purchase, please fill out the Return Authorization (RA) form below. You may also contact us by email. If you contact via email, make sure to give an explanation of your problem, along with the best time and means to contact you.
All returns require a RA. It is important to return all products in their original packaging and with all original shipping materials. All returns must be shipped prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. .
Note: All damaged items must be signed for at time of delivery as damaged and reported within 2 days of receipt.
